Renata is a highly qualified immigration attorney, holding a degree from Nova Southeastern University and licensed in Florida. Her academic journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the Ana G. Méndez University System in Miramar (FL), and an MBA in Project Management from Aspen University.
After gaining experience in immigration law offices in the United States, Renata chose to take a step forward in her career and, in 2016, founded the prestigious Castro Legal Group, now known as USA4ALL.
Her dedication and excellence in the field have earned her recognition and respect within the legal community, making her a distinguished speaker at AILA’s National Conferences. Also, Renata has received awards such as Notáveis USA in 2017 and 2019 and served as a legal analyst on Nossa Radio USA.
Demonstrating unwavering determination to support the immigrant community in the USA, Renata authored the book “99 Questions to Ask Before Starting a Business in the USA” and hosted her own TV program, “Conexão Imigração USA”, which aired in January 2023 on Band International.
A native of São Gonçalo, Rio de Janeiro, our founding attorney overcame numerous challenges when she arrived in the United States over 20 years ago. She fell out of legal immigration status, worked as a janitor, in construction, as a teacher, and took on various other jobs, but she never forgot her roots and takes pride in her journey. Today, her primary mission is to provide legal assistance to as many immigrants as possible.
